The objective of this course is to illustrate how to restore a power transmission network as safely and quickly as possible with of other involved parties such as generation companies, distribution companies, interconnectors and regulators under total and / partial blackout. It is proven that the power system blackouts are critical events. Which effect economic and social system severely. These should be treated as soonest possible, in this course basic and advance procedure of the restoration after blackout is stated but in real- time situation, solution may vary depending up on the actual fault. So the restoration steps have to be taken accordingly to the demand of conditions. Also will be fully covered on early warnings.
